We also have a substantial practice involving criminal appeals.  Successful appeals undertaken by the firm include the quashing of the 8 year sentence and conviction of a former solicitor.  We did not provide representation at the original Trial but successfully conducted the appeal securing his acquittal.

We were also instructed in the well publicised appeal of Williams Mills who had a 9 year conviction and sentence for armed robbery overturned following our introduction at the appeal stage.
